  • How do I order cookies
    Cookies are currently available for online order. Check out our shop to get your order started today! Weekly cookie orders placed by 10pm Wednesday, will be delivered that Friday between 10AM-1PM, or available for pickup on Friday (@Rainy Day Revival in L5P) or Saturday (@BeerGirl in Hapeville) at noon. If you place your order AFTER 10PM Wednesday, your order will be scheduled for delivery/pickup the following week. Orders to be shipped are typically sent out on Fridays unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
  • When will I get my cookies?
    DELIVERY: Orders placed by Wednesday at 10PM will be delivered that FRIDAY between 10AM -2PM to the Tri-Cities and Metro-Atlanta areas. If your order is placed AFTER 10PM on Wednesday, you will not receive your cookies until the following week on Friday. If you have not paid for your order by Wednesday at 10PM, your order will be CANCELLED. We do not accept cash, or payment on delivery. PICKUP: Orders placed by Wednesday at 10PM will be scheduled for pickup on Friday at Rainy Day Revival ATL (Little 5 Points) or Saturday at BeerGirl ATL (Hapeville), between noon -7PM. If you wish to pick up on a different day, you must contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can arrange this with you and confirm location details. Due to the cookies being made to order, pickup on a different day is subject to availability; Same day pickup in most cases is not available. SHIPPING: Please be aware that your cookie order does not ship on the day the order is placed. All cookies are made to order. This means that your order will likely not be shipped until the Friday after you have ordered. To ensure your order will be shipped asap, be sure to have your order placed by Wednesday at 10PM. We use USPS Priority which can take 2-3 days to arrive once it has left the bakeshop. If you need your cookies to arrive for a SPECIFIC DATE/OCCASION, please contact us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We do not have any control over delays in shipping or weather damage once your order has left the bakeshop; to include the time of day your package is delivered.   • How much are your cookies?
    Cookies are $7 each. These are exceptionally LARGE cookies and ordered individually. Each cookie weighs 8 ounces (or more) - that's half a pound per delicious treat! They are about the size of your palm and equivalent to four or five average sized cookies stacked together, filled with a lot of rich ingredients and love. We keep our cookie standards high with quality ingredients. They are hand-crafted to ensure they are not only tasty but darn good lookin' treats. Our ghoulies (mini cookies) are about 1/3 of the size of our large cookies - roughly 2.5 ounces each.
  • How do I get my cookies?
    As we currently do not have a brick-and-mortar establishment, you can purchase cookies online for Delivery, Pickup, or Shipping (currently shipping nationwide). Orders placed prior to Wednesday at 10PM will be ready for delivery Friday of the same week from 10AM-2PM, or if you are picking up, Friday @Rainy Day Revival in L5P or Saturday @BeerGirl in Hapeville of the same week between noon -7PM (unless otherwise indicated). Please note that if you need your order for a different day, last minute (after orders have closed), or for a special occasion - contact us directly to ensure your order will be ready in time (especially if you are having it shipped!! We cannot guarantee shipping will be on time as we have no control over the postal service. We are happy to work with you to ensure there is a long enough delivery window). Pickup is available for FREE on Friday at Rainy Day Revival in Little 5 Points or Saturday at Beer Girl Growlers & Bottleshop in Hapeville, noon-7PM.   • Do you offer Vegan, Gluten-Free, or Keto cookies?"
    We want everyone to enjoy our cookies! We have recently added a permanent Vegan/Gluten-free option and offer additional rotating Vegan/Gluten-Free options to the menu. We currently do not have any Keto cookie options.
  • I have Food Allergies. What do you use in your products?
    Most of our products contain eggs, gluten, dairy, soy, and in some cases tree nuts/peanuts. They are prepared in a collaborative kitchen where all of these items are present, so while we ensure that utensils and equipment are cleaned and sanitized between use, protection against cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed as there may still be particles in the air. Food allergens are noted on the website under the cookie descriptions.
  • What's your payment policy?
    Payment for your cookies is made at the time of placing your order. We offer multiple payment options to include credit card, PayPal /PayPal Express, as well as an "Other Payments" option at checkout for Venmo and Zelle payments. If you select "Other Payments," your payment is due upon placing your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. If your payment is not received by Wednesday at10PM, your order will be CANCELLED. Sorry, we do not accept Cashapp, checks, or cash on delivery (COD's). Venmo payments can be made at: ghoulnextdoorbrands Zelle payments can be made at Our pop-up/event appearances will offer Square, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo payment options. For custom orders (cakes, cupcakes, macarons, decorated cookies), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order; the remainder is due at least 5 business days prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received 50% non-refundable deposit. Custom orders are available on a limited basis and must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • What is your cancellation policy on custom orders?
    If you cancel your customized order, your balance payment is refundable provided we are notified at least 5 business days prior to the event via written email notice. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within 5 business days of the event, and deposits are non-refundable. We kindly ask that non-custom cookie orders be canceled with 72 hours notice prior to delivery/pickup. If you must cancel your cookie order please let us know ASAP. Orders cannot be cancelled after Wednesday at 10PM prior to your delivery /pickup date.
  • How can I pick up my cookie order?
    Cookie orders are available for pickup at the following location: Rainy Day Revival: 1146 Euclid Ave NE, L5P (Fridays noon-7PM) If you would like to Pickup your order at RAINY DAY REVIVAL/Little 5 Points: Enter your name and address as normal, then select the FREE "Pickup" at Rainy Day Revival option. Note: Rainy Day Revival is closed on Mondays. If you miss your pickup order window on Friday, your order will remain at Rainy Day Revival for pickup on the next day they are open (Saturday). We strongly advise you only select this pickup option ONLY if your schedule permits you to make the pickup on Friday. Contacting us for reschedule of delivery is not available. BeerGirl ATL Growlers & Bottleshop: 587 N Central Ave, Hapeville (Saturdays noon-7PM) To Pickup your order at BEERGIRL/Hapeville: You MUST enter: 587 N Central Ave, Hapeville, GA 30354 as your address under "Delivery Details" at Checkout. This will generate the option for FREE "Pickup"at BeerGirl under "Delivery Method / Shipping & Delivery". Please be sure to use your name as the recipient. Note: BeerGirl is closed on Sundays and Mondays. If you miss your pickup order window on Saturday, your order will remain at BeerGirl for pickup on the next day they are open (Tuesday). We strongly advise you only select this pickup option ONLY if your schedule permits you to make the pickup on Saturday. Contacting us for reschedule of delivery is not available. If you need to pick up your order on a different day of the week, please contact us directly PRIOR to ordering so we can ensure you get your order on time. ​
  • Do you deliver?
    We deliver! The majority of our orders are delivered. There is a Local Delivery fee of $8. The delivery fee will be indicated in your shopping cart or customized quote. If you are not in our delivery area - not to worry! We offer FREE pick-up and shipping options.
  • Do you ship?
    We currently ship NATIONWIDE. ​ We utilize USPS Priority shipping to ship our cookies. We use a service for discounted rates on shipping your product. Your order takes approximately 2-3 days once it has left the bakeshop. This does not mean 2-3 days upon placing the order. Please keep this in mind if you need for the package to arrive for a specific event. Also consider that holidays and current issues with delivery trucks will result in delayed packages. If you need your package for a specific date, please message us BEFORE placing your order to ensure we can meet your delivery expectations. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive the USPS tracking number and can track the expected delivery date. While we take extra care in packaging our cookies to ensure they do not break/melt/any other travesty of travel - we do not require a signature upon arrival, therefore cookies left on your hot porch, in the rain, or snow, are at risk of getting damaged prior to you enjoying them. A tracking number will be sent to you once your cookies have shipped so that you can keep tabs on when they will arrive. We have zero control over what happens to the cookies once they have shipped. Some postal workers will leave the package for you, some have other protocols of attempting to redeliver. We try to protect the cookies as best we can, but they're cookies. Chocolate melts, cardboard gets soggy when rained on, and boxes get tossed. Ordering for shipment is at your own risk.
  • Can I visit your bakeshop?
    We do not have a brick and mortar shop or display case to view in person, but you can view our products on social media presence, or visit us at our next pop-up shop/event.
  • Do you cater events?
    Yes! We cater weddings, private parties, business meetings, you name it. If you are interested in having us cater your event or meeting, please email us at to obtain more information.
  • How do I contact you?
    The best way to contact us is via email at, or by sending us a message on our Facebook or Instagram pages. We make every attempt to make an initial contact with you within 24 hours. We have lots going on so please excuse any delay in answering your questions or responding to special requests.
  • Can we book you as a vendor for our next pop-up/event?
    We are happy to participate in local (and non-local) pop up markets and events pending availability. Please email us at for more information.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes, we now offer eGift Cards! (Yay) These can be found in our menu under "Gift Cards."
