How do I order cookies

Cookies are currently available for online order. Check out our shop to get your order started today! Weekly cookie orders placed by 10pm Thursday, will be delivered Friday between 10AM-1PM.

How much are your cookies?

Cookies are $6 each. These are exceptionally LARGE cookies and ordered individually. Each cookie weighs 8 ounces (or more) - that's half a pound per delicious treat! It's equivalent to four or five average sized cookies stacked together, filled with a lot of rich ingredients and love. We keep our cookie standards high with quality ingredients. They are hand-crafted to ensure they are not only tasty but darn good lookin' treats.

How do I get my cookies?

As we currently do not have a brick and mortar establishment, you can purchase cookies online for Delivery, Pickup, or Shipping (within the state of Georgia only at this time). Orders placed prior to Thursday at noon will be ready for delivery Friday of the same week from 10AM-1PM, or if you are picking up, Saturday of the same week between noon -7PM (unless otherwise noted). Please note that if you need your order for a different day, last minute (after orders have closed), or for a special occasion - contact us directly to ensure your order will be ready in time (especially if you are having it shipped!! We cannot guarantee shipping will be on time as we have no control over the postal service and we are happy to work with you to ensure there is a long enough delivery window). Pickup is available for FREE at Beer Girl Growlers & Bottleshop in Hapeville, Saturdays noon-7PM. We announce our pop up market appearances and events on our website and on Instagram. I have Food Allergies. What do you use in your products?

Most of our products contain eggs, gluten, dairy, soy, and in some cases tree nuts/peanuts. They are prepared in a kitchen where all of these items are present, so while we ensure that utensils and equipment are cleaned and sanitized between use, protection against cross-contamination can not be guaranteed as there may still be particles in the air.

Do you offer Vegan, Gluten-Free, or Keto cookies?

We want everyone to enjoy our cookies! We have recently added a permanent Vegan/Gluten-free option and hope to rotate additional Vegan/Gluten-Free options to the menu. We currently do not have any Keto cookie options.

What's your payment policy?

Payment for your cookies are made at the time of placing your order via PayPal or PayPal Express (accepts debit and credit card transactions for those who do not have a PayPal account). The shopping cart also has an "Other Payments" option for Venmo and Zelle payments. If you select "Other Payments," your payment is due upon placing your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. If your payment is not received by Thursday at noon upon placing your order, your order will be CANCELLED. Venmo payments can be made at: ghoulnextdoorbrandsllc Zelle payments can be made at Sorry, we do not accept Cashapp, checks, or cash on delivery (COD's). Our pop-up/event appearances will offer Square, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo payment options. For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order; the remainder is due at least 5 business days prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received 50% non-refundable deposit.

What is your cancellation policy on custom orders?

If you cancel your customized order, your balance payment is refundable provided we are notified at least 5 business days prior to the event via written email notice. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within 5 business days of the event, and deposits are non-refundable. We kindly ask that cookie orders be canceled with 72 hours notice prior to delivery/pickup.

How can I pick up my cookie order?

Cookie orders can be arranged for pickup at the following locations: BeerGirl ATL Growlers & Bottleshop: 587 N Central Ave, Hapeville (Saturdays noon-7PM) If you need to pickup up your order on a different day of the week, please contact us directly prior to ordering so we can ensure you get your order on time.

Do you deliver?

We deliver! The majority of our orders are delivered. The Local Delivery fee for the Tri-Cities/East Point surrounding area of $3, and to the remaining metro-Atlanta area of $7. The delivery fee will be indicated in your shopping cart or customized quote.

Do you ship?

We currently can ship cookies within the state of Georgia only - we know it sucks, sorry! Shipping across state lines requires a different kind of license, so we assure you that it's nothing personal. For shipping within the state of Georgia, we utilize USPS Priority flat rate shipping boxes to ship our cookies. A minimum order of six (6) cookies is required for shipping. Shipping costs vary from $17.50-$23.90 depending on the quantity of cookies. The cookies weigh a half pound each and are approximately 4.5" in diameter, so they are quite large and expensive to ship. Additionally we include packing materials to prevent them from breaking or melting which adds to the size of the package. Please be aware that your order may not be shipped the day it was placed. Cookies are made to order and baked on Thursdays. This means your order will likely not be shipped until the Friday after it was placed and can take 2-3 days to arrive once it has left the bakeshop. If you need your order to arrive for a specific day/event, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER to confirm when the shipment will be sent out. While we take extra care in packaging our cookies to ensure they do not break/melt/any other travesty of travel - we do not require a signature upon arrival, therefore cookies left on your hot porch, in the rain, or snow, are at risk of getting damaged prior to you enjoying them. A tracking number will be sent to you once your cookies have shipped so that you can keep tabs on when they will arrive.

Can I visit your bakeshop?

We do not have a brick and mortar shop or display case to view in person, but you can view our products on social media presence, or visit us at our next pop-up shop/event.

Do you cater events?

Yes! We cater weddings, private parties, business meetings, you name it. If you are interested in having us cater your event or meeting, please email us at to obtain more information.

How do I contact you?

You can contact us via email at, or by sending us a message on our Facebook or Instagram pages. We make every attempt to make an initial contact with you within 24 hours. We have lots going on so please excuse any delay in answering your questions or responding to special requests.

Can we book you as a vendor for our next pop-up/event?

We are happy to participate in local (and non-local) pop up markets and events pending availability. Please email us at for more information such as booking rates, set-up etc.

When will I get my cookies?

DELIVERY: Orders placed by Thursday at noon will be delivered that FRIDAY between 10AM -2PM to the Tri-Cities and Metro-Atlanta areas. If your order is placed AFTER noon on Thursday, you will not receive your cookies until the following Friday. If you have not paid for your order by Thursday at noon, your order will be cancelled. PICKUP: Orders placed by Thursday at noon and scheduled for pickup at BeerGirl ATL, will be ready for pickup that SATURDAY between noon -7PM. If you wish to pickup on a different day, you must contact us once you have placed your order to arrange a pickup time and confirm location details. Due to the cookies being made to order, pickup on a different day is subject to availability; Same day pickup in most cases is not available. SHIPPING: Please be aware that your cookie order may not be shipped the day your order was placed. All cookies are made to order and typically baked on Thursdays. This means that your order will likely not be shipped until the Friday after you have ordered. We use USPS Flat Rate shipping which can take 2-3 days to arrive once it has left the bakeshop. If you need your cookies to ARRIVE FOR A SPECIFIC DATE/OCCASION PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We also have no control over the time of day your package is delviered.
